An innovative design to improve maintenance of industrial machines

With over twenty years of successful experience in the maintenance and repair of advanced industrial machines, I have found that there are still deficiencies and shortcomings in terms of maintenance and in particular the prevention of loss and damage to such expensive industrial machines, which should be resolved.

Below are some examples in brief:

1- Existing “error and warning” notification systems, usually or more often warned or stopped the machine after the accident or damage happened.No matter how modern and advanced they are!

For example, after the destruction of bearings and mechanical parts over the time and the complete burning of the main motor due to the stopping of the machine, we are seeing an error from the system  

2- Current warning systems are not capable of detecting human faults as like wrong adjustment of the machine by the operator, and/or routine tasks such as lubrication. Managers will usually only notice long-term problems with the operator after causing serious damage to the machine.

3- Managers and Service engineers have no idea and do not receive any information about the machine condition during daily work of the machine, thus they are not able to prevent the leading damage. 

The important part of the problems and shortcomings which mentioned above will be solved or considerably reduced by SCE-Panel.

The main tasks of the SCE-Panel are summarized as follows:

1- Prevention of incident and heavy damage

2- Announce daily and even momentary condition of the machine to the service engineer or technical manager

3- Protecting the machine instantly

4- Setting of data and parameters in the factory as a default and the possibility to improve the settings by the service engineer during operation.

5- flexible according to the specific conditions of each machine, as well as lifetime, the speed of operation etc.

6- Detecting many of the daily wrong adjustment of the machine which may cause by the operator and can lead to large losses in the long run

7- Detection and warning about machine depreciation.

8- Possibility to add the SCE-Panel on old systems as an option without the need for major changes to the system.
